LemRx Realty Advisors was founded by Dan Lem and his dream team to specialize in the site selection, purchase, sale, financing, lease negotiation (aka "blend and extend") and sale/leaseback of net leased real estate occupied by the "Big 3" national drug store chains (Walgreens, CVS, and Rite Aid).

In 2012 LemRx Realty Advisors announced that it will now expand its transaction advisory services to include all "national credit" single tenant net leased (STNL) properties. Having closed over "100" drugstore deals, the transaction advisory firm will expand beyond the niche drugstore market it created almost 10 years ago and position itself within the broader NNN STNL (single tenant net leased) retail space, providing clients with a greater depth and breadth of representation and advisory services.

"We analyzed our most recent 18 months of closings and worked some forward projections." says Dan Lem, founder of the boutique drugstore specialist LemRx Realty Advisors. "Despite overall cap rate compression for national credit retail properties, we found heavy activity and closed sales in the non-drugstore sector where our clients can capture greater yield while still preserving credit quality. These include fast food restaurants, chain stores, and other big box retail stores. The drugstore business will remain a major focus of ours as we diversify into the non-drugstore sector and especially in larger deal sizes to include portfolio purchases and sale/leaseback transactions."
